Skrinnd ("we", "our") provides phone-screen transcription and note-taking tools for recruiting teams. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you or a candidate can ask us to access or delete it.
Candidate screening data is used only to help your organization's recruiters conduct and document phone screens. We do not sell candidate data, and we do not use it to train our own models.
We rely on the following subprocessors to run Skrinnd. Each receives only the minimum data needed to do its job, and we list them here so your own security or procurement review has a clear answer:
Saved screens are kept for a retention period your organization's admin controls, 90 days by default, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Your organization's admin can view and change this setting inside Skrinnd's Admin panel at any time.
A candidate, a recruiter, or an organization's employer may request that their data be deleted, or ask us to confirm what data we hold about them.
To submit a request: email privacy@skrinnd.com with the candidate's name, the organization they interviewed with, and approximately when the screen took place.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Every deletion, whether requested or automatic, is logged with a timestamp and cannot be altered after the fact.
If you're a recruiting organization using Skrinnd, you are the data controller for the candidate information your recruiters collect. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for informing candidates it's being recorded and processed, where required by law in your jurisdiction.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within an organization is limited to that organization's own recruiters and admins; no organization can ever see another's data.
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever it changes. For a material change, we'll also email the admin of every active organization ahead of it taking effect.
